Atmospheric family garden with natural pool

Bathing paradise in natural surroundings

The owner of the detached house wanted a pool for the whole family and a clearly laid out garden that took all needs into account. The result is an atmospheric family garden with a natural pool at the center of the garden oasis. The naturally purified pool provides bathing fun for the whole family and attracts everyone's attention with its blue color. The wooden pool surround frames the pool and gives the garden a natural flair. At one end of the pool, a cozy seating area with decorative garden furniture invites you to linger and enjoy. From here, the view sweeps over the entire garden and the surrounding landscape, which is embedded in a beautiful mountain landscape. A simple and modern pergola provides pleasant shade in this cozy spot and casts an exciting interplay of light and shade on the ground. The roof of the pergola can be opened or closed as desired.

The versatile planting of flowering shrubs and evergreen trees and bushes further emphasizes the natural and open garden design. Flowers in different colors set individual accents and provide subtle eye-catchers throughout the bathing season. The plants were only planted this year, which is why the flowers and perennials still need some time to frame the garden in all its glory. After a year, the purple lavender in particular will bloom lavishly around the pool in beautiful colors, gently framing the garden. The screen of plants around the barbecue area will also grow thicker every year, concealing the house behind the garden.

Family garden for all needs

The large lawn area next to the pool gives the family garden space to play. The practical barbecue area is cleverly positioned at the other end of the lawn. Natural stones, which are also suitable for seating, form a circle and frame the sunken area in a natural way. A path leads across the lawn to the dining area by the house via irregularly arranged stepping stones of different sizes. The decorative stepping stones also break up the gravel area in front of the house and point the way to the natural pool or the spacious lawn area. The gravel area in front of the house forms a calm and flowing transition to the rest of the garden, while the existing evergreen shrubs in the solitary container break up the structure and provide softness. The trampoline is a highlight for the children and was newly sunk into the ground so that the view remains unobstructed and the play equipment becomes one surface with the ground.
