It’s December again and another year is drawing to a close. Many of us are already busy preparing for Christmas. It is therefore the perfect time to look back on the year as a whole. We at PARC’S can also look back on an exciting year with many highlights. For this reason, we have summarised everything here once again.
Garden portrait in Traumhaus magazine
There was already a success to celebrate in February: one of our gardens was Dream House magazine portrays. A fountain with two cubic waterspouts creates an eye-catching feature in the garden. At the same time, the background noise helps you to unwind. On the lower level, the element of water has been incorporated to an even greater extent. Here, the swimming pond invites you to linger and relax. Together with the diverse and lush planting, this open-air living room has become an oasis of well-being.
Award: Gardens of the Year 2023
Less than a month later, we were able to record our next success: One of our projects is one of the 50 most beautiful gardens in German-speaking countries. The book is published annually by Callwey Verlag and we could hardly wait to leaf through it.
The new bathing paradise is located in the middle of a residential neighbourhood. Together with the garden remodelling, an extension was planned with an architect. This created a seamless transition from the indoor to the outdoor area. Now the family can enjoy their time together outside by the living pool and swim in their own urban garden.
New inspiration through various references
When planning a garden, the individual needs and wishes of the customer must be taken into account. Just as no two clients are the same, neither is the outdoor space. Our job is to recognise their wishes and incorporate them into an overall aesthetic concept.
Once again this year, we were able to present some of our finished projects to you. The reference gardens serve as a source of inspiration for our customers and allow them to visualise their initial requirements. In this way, wishes can be directly visualised.
Swimming pools were very popular this year. From conventional pools to those with Living Pool technology, we were able to show various examples of what a personalised swimming paradise could look like. In addition to the equipment and cladding, the surroundings can also be customised. Whether relaxation zones with cosy lounges, shady seating areas under the trees or fire pits for the winter — almost anything is possible.
The project process explained in the video
This year we have produced a new video with our Managing Director. Yannick Rothen explains how the garden planning process works step by step.
A successful degree and a new start to an apprenticeship
Years of hard work paid off for our team member Nikolina. This year she has successfully completed her apprenticeship as an EFZ draughtswoman specialising in landscape architecture. We were able to accompany her on her journey for four years. Nikolina has continued to develop and incorporate innovative solutions into our projects. We are therefore all the more pleased that she is continuing to strengthen our team as a project manager.
We have welcomed a new apprentice since August 2023. Thanishanth impressed us straight away with his eye for detail. We are therefore looking forward to accompanying him on his first professional steps and developing his talents further.
New year and more exciting projects
Another exciting year is coming to an end and we are already looking forward to the next one. Great new projects are already being planned. And we can hardly wait to present more reference gardens to you.
We wish you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
