We start with a thorough analysis of the basics and develop a preli­mi­nary project that harmo­nises your wishes and the condi­tions of your property. Clear visua­li­sa­tions help you to imagine the future design. In the next step, we draw up detailed cons­truc­tion plans and take care of all the neces­sary buil­ding permits. During reali­sa­tion, we take over the cons­truc­tion manage­ment and ensure that all work is carried out on time and to the highest quality. After comple­tion, we oversee commis­sio­ning to ensure that ever­y­thing is perfectly harmo­nised.

Plan­ning process

Erst­kon­takt

The first contact is usually made by e‑mail or tele­phone. During a free and non-binding initial consul­ta­tion, we get to know each other better and gather infor­ma­tion about your needs and wishes. 

Planungs­of­ferte

Take your time, walk through your garden again and make a note of your favou­rite spots and wishes for the future outdoor area. In the mean­time, we will draw up a quote for your project.

Vorpro­jekt

If the colla­bo­ra­tion is right for you, we will meet for the kick-off meeting. If neces­sary, an inven­tory will also be carried out. After the kick-off meeting, concept plans are drawn up, refe­rence images are compiled and discussed again. The preli­mi­nary project also includes an initial rough cost esti­mate.

Baupro­jekt

The project plan with tech­nical details and site sections is drawn up. The surfa­cing and equip­ment elements are viewed with the customer. We orga­nise a sampling session for this purpose. A plant proposal with trees, shrubs and peren­nials is also drawn up.

Ausschrei­bung & Vergabe

During the imple­men­ta­tion phase, we put the plan­ning into prac­tice and coor­di­nate all the neces­sary steps to ensure that your garden project is realised smoothly. We obtain quotes from suitable gardening compa­nies and compare them carefully.
