We are looking for reinforcement, because there are numerous Exciting projects on us! In our small, well-coordinated team, we know our individual strengths, learn new things every day and develop new products together. creative solutions for the gardens of our customers.

In our award-winning planning office, which specialises in Private gardens, terraces and New buildings specialises, you can expect spectacular projects that we accompany from the first sketch to the final implementation. Project Manager, Garden and Environmental Planning (80-100%)

AdmissionImmediate or by arrangement

Tasks:

Independent development from design to execution planning in the areas of private gardens and the external design of residential developments.
Independent planning, coordination, and management of projects in collaboration with our designers
Processing building permit applications in exchange with the authorities
Customer and architect liaison and consultation
Participation in planning meetings with architects and specialist planners
Internal support, quality assurance of execution plans and execution details
Consultation and definition of materials and products
On-site site management with responsibility for quality, costs, and deadlines
Ensuring compliance with design, technical, and legal specifications
Support with optimising internal processes
Apprenticeship support

This is what you bring:

Horticultural Technician (Federal Diploma), Draughtsperson specialising in Landscape Architecture, Master Gardener or Construction Manager with a flair for design – or comparable qualification
Work experience in a similar position
Independent, structured and precise way of working
Confident and convincing demeanour
An eye for detail and a vision for the bigger picture
Team-oriented approach
Driving licence category B

Advantageous

CAD skills
Experience in construction management
Knowledge of cost and schedule planning
Experience in dealing with authorities and building submissions
