Thanks to the large pool terrace, every path leads to the pool, making it the centre of the garden. In particular, the wide steps from the basement to the water connect the property with its surroundings in an open and light way. Landings are repeatedly formed from the steps, which connect to the house entrances at different levels. The terrain around the steps was modelled in a flowing manner and here too the choice of plants - grasses and elegant hydrangeas - supports the gentle overall appearance. The result is a veritable sea of grasses that creates a flowing transition to the surroundings and provides an unobstructed view of the lake. The solitary trees, for which multi-stemmed yews were used, are unusual. Thanks to the spacious pool terrace, every path leads to the pool, making it the focal point of the garden. In particular, the wide flight of steps leading from the basement down to the water connects the property with its surroundings in an open and airy way. The swimming pool\u2019s chrome-steel basin gives the water a unique shimmer and lends the design a modern elegance. The steps give rise to a series of landings that connect to the house entrances at different levels. Wood has been used for the entire staircase, as well as the sunbathing area and the pool terrace, lending the garden both a warm, cosy feel and a maritime flair. Airy planting with grasses and hydrangeas Facing the lake, the pool has been surrounded by grasses (Pennisetum alopecuroides and Miscanthus sinensis), which exude a sense of lightness and are beautifully reflected in the water. The result is a veritable sea of grasses, creating a seamless transition to the surroundings and allowing an unobstructed view of the lake. The solitary trees are particularly striking; multi-stemmed, pruned yews were used for this purpose. They stand rather rigidly against the backdrop, creating a striking contrast to the soft appearance of the grass planting.
