The infinity pool

Unique bathing experience

Literally translated, infinity pool means „endless swimming pool“. The special design of this pool creates an optical illusion: if you look above the surface of the water, the pool seems to float and go on endlessly. The infinity pool literally merges with its surroundings. Such a pool achieves a particularly beautiful effect with a view into the distance or in an elevated position. Whereas a few years ago infinity pools were only to be found in exclusive holiday resorts, these unique and elegant pools are now increasingly being built in private gardens.

This creates the endless effect

One or more edges of the pool are lowered so that the water seems to disappear into nothingness. With this special design, there is no visible boundary at these edges. In reality, however, the water flows over the lowered edge at this point and drains into an overflow channel outside the pool.

Relaxation at the infinity pool

The infinity pool we designed in this unusual setting, which borders an agricultural zone, vividly demonstrates the breathtaking floating effect. If you take the plunge into the cool water, the infinity effect is immediately visible and the fusion of the swimming pool and its surroundings is perfect. Behind the water surface is an extraordinary backdrop that offers a view over a lush meadow with fruit trees.

Bathing without chlorine

Blending perfectly with its surroundings, trees and mountain backdrops seem to be just a swim away. This naturalness is also reflected in the water quality: the Living Pool technology ensures clean water without any chemicals. The two-chamber filter system removes phosphate from the water and thus the basis of life for algae. Thanks to the special technology, the water is gentle on the skin and eyes without any chemicals.

Shimmering water — it all depends on the pool basin

Swimming pools can be built using a variety of materials — including the infinity pool. In contrast to a regular pool, the overflow channel replaces the skimmer. In addition to the overflow channel, an infinity pool requires a surge tank and more complex pipework. The exact cost of building an infinity pool can only be calculated once all the components have been defined. There are numerous options for building your water garden exactly the way you want it.

Natural stone — robust and luxurious

Lining the swimming pool with natural stone is unique. The natural material is timeless and blends in with its surroundings. The water creates a natural effect that changes depending on the sunlight and weather. Only natural stone can create a natural yet elegant ambience. However, not just any natural stone is suitable for pool linings. However, the frequently used Andeer granite is an excellent option for a particularly elegant appearance.

Porcelain stoneware — the alternative to natural stone

Porcelain stoneware tiles are available in a wide range and therefore offer an alternative to natural stone. They are often modelled on the look of natural stone and also offer a natural and luxurious effect. Porcelain stoneware slabs offer a particular advantage in terms of format: the slabs can be offered in very large formats.

Stainless steel — elegant and timeless

The infinity pool with a stainless steel pool looks elegant and timeless and gives the water a unique shimmer. A stainless steel pool can also be customised with additional features, such as a bubble bench.

Foil — different colour effects

When building a swimming pool, a pool liner is often used. The special liner is available in different shades of grey and thus creates different colour effects: By using a grey liner, the water shimmers in a beautiful and natural blue.
