Relaxation at the infinity pool

A swimming pool like in a hotel

Viewed from its seating area, the water in this pool appears as a floating surface that merges into the endless expanse. However, the infinity pool deceives the viewer's eye, as even this pool cannot do without an overflow channel. The difference: the overflow channel is deeper than the pool. The water runs over the rear edge of the pool into the channel, thus creating the effect of a frameless pool that blends naturally with its surroundings.

Popular Infinity Pools

Infinity pools, well-known and popular in upscale hotels, can easily be realised in your own garden, as this property clearly demonstrates. Behind the water surface is an extraordinary backdrop. The property borders an agricultural zone and offers a view over a lush meadow with fruit trees. Facing the house, you can fully relax in nature, and the conditions are ideal for cooling off in the water.

Naturalness as a guiding principle

The naturalness of the scenery has been consistently transferred to the pool. With a two-chamber filter system from Living Pool Technik, phosphate is removed from the water, thereby depriving algae of their source of sustenance. The design incorporates three different levels that harmonise perfectly. The wooden deck between the pool and the seating area further enhances the natural feel and creates a warm transition from the water up to the house. In the lower area, a shady gravel patch blends in with the natural surroundings.
