This garden is one of the 50 most beautiful gardens in the entire German-speaking world in 2019. In addition, the picture of this garden adorns the cover of the book "Gardens of the Year 2019".
Calm and charm through structuring
This incredible dream garden impresses with its straight lines, consistency and a mixture of tranquillity and charm. The targeted use of lines and the reduction to the essentials make this possible. Smaller spaces are integrated unobtrusively and naturally into the design. The carefully selected plants discreetly emphasize the new striking lines. The existing woodland blends in perfectly with the concept. The Morus alba is a natural part of the new design and lends the gravel seating area a romantic atmosphere.
Floral fireworks in playful colors
The customers' desire for roses was fulfilled with a veritable firework display of flowers. Where previously only pink or white roses could be found in individual areas, a romantic English planting can now be found throughout the garden. The reduction to a few pink shrub roses, combined with a few flowering perennials, ensures a veritable firework display of flowers that extends over a long period of time.
Natural stone wall as a special highlight
The original garden was rather monotonous and a large sloping lawn was the only unifying element. There was a lack of structure, contour and exciting spatial sequences. The garden was structured through the redesign. Care was taken to ensure that the spaciousness and expansiveness were retained. This was achieved by dividing the lawn into two areas. These are connected by a special highlight: The low wall, which also has a supporting function, becomes an eye-catcher in this dream garden. The steps lead up to the second level and further emphasize the natural stone wall. This little wall is also a very striking, decorative and yet discreet element in the garden.
