Natural garden with chemical free pool

After the garden redesign, this private garden offers a bathing paradise in a natural environment. The Living Pool, which is cleaned entirely without chlorine, is the center of the garden and attracts all eyes with its blue color.

Swimming fun in green surroundings

The owner of the single-family house wanted a pool in the garden as well as a varied planting. Here, a natural garden with a living pool in the center of the green oasis has been created. The naturally cleaned pool offers bathing fun and its blue color sets a harmonious contrast to the rest of the surroundings. Two water spouts at the swimming pool provide a gentle and soothing splash.

The wooden pool surround frames the pool and additionally emphasizes the ambience of the garden through the natural material. At the same time, the large wooden deck is suitable for sunbathing and lingering by the water. An existing magnolia tree at the end of the wooden deck has been preserved and provides pleasant shade, while a cozy spot with table and chairs is covered by a parasol. Behind the wooden deck, the dining area with existing canopy offers space for cozy hours overlooking the natural pool and the rest of the garden.

The desired privacy is provided by existing walls that border the garden and are softened by lush planting. During the particularly hot summer days, a secluded seating area is offered in the corner of the garden: Via natural stone treads, you can reach the shaded area across the lawn and keep the entire garden in view here as well.

Natural planting - a home for insects

Proximity to nature is particularly important to the owner. The versatile planting of woody and berry bushes, fruit trees and flowering shrubs additionally emphasizes the naturalness of the garden. Flowering shrubs set subtle accents throughout the bathing season and harmonize perfectly with the rest of the planting of grasses and woody plants.

At the same time, the native plants attract bees and butterflies, thus supporting our ecosystem. On the side of the garden is a flower meadow that, at the request of the client, is not mowed until mid-summer, thus becoming a habitat for numerous insects. A rose bed in the middle of the lawn breaks up the meadow and provides a colorful eye-catcher, while the lush rose bushes near the seating area by the house ignite a veritable firework of blossoms in the summer months.
