Finished gardens & terraces - Our reference projects

A meeting place for Marc Sway

Last year, Swiss musician Marc Sway had his garden completely redesigned. The new garden was to be a retreat and at the same time a place of gathering for the young family. Throughout the project, the family's personal needs were at the forefront and were taken into account during the planning process.

Not only a pool should find its way into the garden, but also a cozy dining and barbecue area as well as a lounge. The new outdoor living room should become the new center of life for the family and offer plenty of space.

The transformation of a garden with lawn and hedge to an oasis of well-being with swimming pool

The family's original garden was rather nondescript and consisted mainly of lawn and hedges. The intention was to create a garden that would serve the whole family and reach its full potential. Marc Sway and his family enjoy celebrating with their loved ones. Therefore, the entire garden area should be made usable and provide plenty of space for cozy garden hours.

At the same time, the children wanted a pool to splash around in, where they could enjoy their free time together with their friends. In the personal oasis of well-being, a vacation feeling should be conveyed where the hustle and bustle of everyday life is forgotten.

The implementation of the conversion

After all the wishes were put on paper, the construction work could begin. First, the old garden had to be cleared, which was a new experience for Marc Sway. But with the help of the initial visualization, a picture of the finished garden had already been created. Thus, he and his family could also imagine how the open-air living room would later look and approach the goal with joyful anticipation.

The new garden offers the family everything they need to enjoy life. A Living Pool provides crystal-clear water and invites you to swim. Phosphate, which is vital for algae, is removed from the water with the help of intelligent filtration. Because of the natural purification, the water is particularly gentle on skin and eyes and ensures a carefree bathing experience.

A wooden screen ensures privacy, while two gargoyles provide visual and acoustic highlights. The modern lounge invites you to linger and the wooden deck, under which the pool technology is housed, creates a cozy atmosphere.

A place of meeting

The family and their friends love spending time together and the new garden has enough space for everyone. A new barbecue area was included and walkable areas have replaced the lawn. Thus, additional space was created to linger. The varied planting completes the overall picture and creates a relaxed and playful ambience.

Overall, the new garden of Marc Sway is an inspiring project that shows how to balance the needs with aesthetics and functionality. This has resulted in a garden which invites you to live and relax. The outdoor living room is a place of gathering where the family and their friends can enjoy life together.
