A garden with an overflow pool

This garden impresses with a very modern look, while at the same time meeting the exact needs of the customers. They wanted a low-maintenance garden as they had previously had a lot to do with a swimming pond. The pool is still being used thanks to the Living Pool technology cleaned naturally and without chemicals. The overflow pool is perfect for water sports and the background noise with gentle splashing is also retained for customers thanks to this design.

The swimming pool with overflow basin is central to this spectacular garden, as the water surface is level with the surrounding area. The mix of high hedges as privacy screens and soft grasses frames the outdoor living area.

Other solitary trees provide shade and create a wonderful pattern on the ground. The exciting mix of clear lines and playful planting go hand in hand and give the garden this unmistakable atmosphere. The planting changes constantly due to the different flowering periods, so that the view of the garden is constantly changing and magically draws you outside.

The overflow swimming pool

The pool immediately catches the eye because it is perfectly flush with the floor. This effect is made possible by the construction of an overflow pool. Visually, the pool is a very special highlight in this garden, as this design means that the entire surface, including the water surface, is at exactly the same height. This seamless transition gives the garden a very harmonious overall look. The overflow pool is not only the visual highlight of the garden: the pool is also always present acoustically.

The water flowing over the edge creates a constant splashing, so that the background noise of a swimming pond is maintained. Even when swimming, the waves splash over the edge so that the water surface remains calm without the waves bouncing off the edge. As the pool is also often used for swimming sports, the overflow pool is also a visually very high-quality and useful solution for this.

Seating under the trees and between the bushes

The extension of the wooden deck increases the usable area enormously, making the garden appear much more spacious than before. The change of decking elegantly divides the different areas of the garden. On hot summer days, there is a lounger in the shade under the plane tree where you can enjoy the garden after cooling off in the water. The leafy cover gives the slightly elevated retreat a calm and natural feel. Perfect for hot summer days.

In summer, the grasses shine in lush green until the hydrangeas slowly begin to bloom and form a veritable sea of flowers behind the pool. From late summer to autumn, the grasses and their panicles turn into a wonderful sea of grasses.
