The garden consciously opens up to the outside, creates sightlines, and deliberately directs the gaze into the distance. At the same time, the technology remains easily accessible at all times – a well-thought-out solution in line with modern garden planning.
The material also impresses in terms of comfort. Even in intense sunlight, the wood remains pleasantly temperate – ideal for a barefoot transition between the house, garden, and water.

The heart of the entire complex is the modern natural swimming pool. Here, contemporary architecture is combined with natural water treatment. Thanks to innovative Living Pool technology, chemical additives are completely dispensed with. This means: no chlorine, no irritation, no artificial smell – just pure, clear water for an unadulterated swimming experience.
The natural pool has been implemented in an elegant anthracite tone, giving the water a special depth and calmness. At the same time, the clear lines of the pool have been maintained, underscoring the modern character of the facility.
