Symmetry in the front garden
The redesign transformed the dark, cluttered entrance area into an open and inviting front garden. The customer's desire for modern simplicity and strong contrasts between greenery and stone was realised with a symmetrical layout and reduced planting. The reduction to the essentials emphasises the actual entrance to the house, the front garden appears calm and is also easier to maintain.
Modern layout
The desire for more clarity was not only met by the room layout, but also by the planting. The existing symmetrical arrangement of the front garden was retained and reinforced with appropriate plants. The two bulbous containers with the red-leaved maples are planted with grass-like perennials and are thus emphasised. To the left and right, the front garden is closed off by two umbrella-shaped ornamental shrubs.

The front garden of the neighbouring house was also redesigned at the same time. The size and layout are the same, but the front gardens differ in terms of style: Asian-inspired front garden.
